Visual Instructions
Entry level solution for creating maintaining and controlling manufacturing documentation.

Tasks
Tasks are the main foundation of work instructions in VisualFactory.NET. Tasks capture units of work through a series of photos, texts and other supporting articles such as tools, parts and referenced documents. Tasks on their own do not document the complete product process, but small chunks of work in great detail.
|
Routes
Routes sequence a series of tasks together through operations into a structure for a specific part or product. By grouping the tasks additional information can be added to each operation comprising the route and a further library of document printouts are available once this structure is formed.
|
Tools
Correct selection of Jigs, fixtures and tools has a major impact on operational efficiency. Providing visual identification of tools speeds the process and reduces error.

The aim of Visual Factory is to provide the whole workforce with the information
they need to maximise their productivity, through the sharing of knowledge and
information.
The key is to provide information in a visual way that can be read and
understood quickly in a rapidly moving workplace.
